Berk Eratay has been interested in magic since 2000 and he is into mentalism after year 2003. Unlike the people of his age, he mostly made his work abroad. Reason of his works abroad is his ability to talk both English and Japan as good as Turkish. When Berk was 22, he took the first place in a competition which has an international equivalence named “Sinan Çetin ile Fenomen” and aired on Star TV. After that, Berk attended various seminars taking places in England, Scandinavian Nations, Japan, China, Germany, Israel, and Vegas and performed in these places.
Berk’s mentalism and magic concept is about controlling people’s emotions and frighten them. Because of his concept, he has earned his fame amongst many magicians.
Since 2008, Berk has involved in many works and projects with many famous people abroad in mentalism. In 2009, he attended World Championship and took 4th place in his area, mentalism.
As Berk thought that he would be more successful in an enviroment that he created, he founded Magic Fraternity with his ideology on magic, on August 2010 to create a magic environment in which Berk and his friends could work comfortably in Turkey.
Currently, Berk is creating projects abroad with people like, Will Tsai, Guy Bavli, Alvo Stockman and Peter Nardi and consulting Aref Ghafouri.
Mustafa Tufan started illusion with a book named ‘Mandrake Öğretiyor’ which was published by Ertuğrul Işınbark in 1985. In year 2008, Mustafa took 3rd place in a competition named ‘Sinan Çetin ile Fenomen’. In 2010, Mustafa founded Magic Fraternity with Berk Eratay. He won IMS' Best Mentalist award in 2011. The tricks he developed are currently used by various mentalists. Currently Mustafa creating new tricks and performing with Magic Fraternity members.
Serdar Bayram learned his first illusion trick which was a rope cutting trick from his father. For long times, he searched about illusion to find his way. When he was in university, he found Necla Sungur’s phone number. After that, Serdar travelled back and forth from Istanbul to Izmir and learned many tricks from Necla Hanım. Serdar tried to meet with every illusionist whom he heard the name. During a performance, as Selim Başarır was talking, Serdar Bayram asked him where he could find him. That caused Serdar Bayram to get into magic more seriously. In 2002, Serdar was involved in ‘Sihirli Salı’ team which was led mostly by Erdinç Demiray and Selim Başarır. After ‘Sihirli Salı’, Serdar realized that magic in Turkey was exhausted and he continued his interest towards magic theoretically as a researcher. He started developing his own tricks.
After Magic Fraternity was established, Serdar Bayram’s works in magic gained momentum. Currently, he prefers to be in the backstage of magic as designer and mentor. He is skilled for this kind of work and every young illusionist can improve himself near him. Serdar doesn’t have money ambition but wants Turkish illusion to improve and our name to be heard on worldwide scale. Currently, he is getting ready to introduce a trick, that he designed, to world. His work on designing and producing new material is continuing.
Kıvanç Özkönü was born in 1983, and he started to be interested in magic in year 2004. After his brilliant improvement, Kıvanç attended in a magic competition organized by Balkanian Nations in year 2006, and he took the 2nd place. Kıvanç took a certificate, ‘McBride’s Magic of Mystery School’, from world-famous magician, Jeff McBride, by attending his Master Class. Giving speeches about magic to many broadcasting institution, Kıvanç consulted a competition named ‘Sinan Çetin ile Fenomen’ on Star TV, in 2008. In 2010, Kıvanç performed in a TV program presented by Osmantan Erkır in FOX TV.
Being one of the founders of Magic Fraternity, Kıvanç Özkönü is involving in many projects abroad and domestic projects, consulting in organization of these activities.
Sokratis Kiropulos was born in 1980 and started illusion in 1990. During his education in university, he finished Athens Illusion Academy between the years 1999 and 2003. For him, being a magician is not something that can be learned from a book or a dvd, but is a lifestyle. It is impossible to watch the tricks he make exactly anywhere else. He is recognized by the tricks,he perform to magicians, that noone can explain. Sokratis is now currently general secretary of Ring 368, but he believes that foundations like Ring 368 and IBM, are completely based on money ambitions and are meaningless. In 2010, Sokratis was in the jury committee representing Turkey in a competition organized by Balkanian countries in Thessaloniki.
Starting illusion art in 2007, Can Konuk is a performance artist who has international awards at the age of seventeen. In the previous years, he performed in several places and gained Balkanian Magic Convention second place in Junior Category. Can Konuk is interested in close-up and parlor magic. Taking classes from the best theater and illusion artists, Can performs act that spectators cannot forget. He had various performances in places like Oyuncak Müzesi, Nişantaşı Cafe Zone, Four Seasons.
Born in 1988 in Istanbul, Burak Sanlı started illusion in year 2000. Starting illusion in his early ages, Burak performed first stage act in Barış Manço Kültür Merkezi with Sihirevi team in 2001. Improving himself in magic dramatically, magic is now a part of his life that he cannot give up.
Burak Sanlı took the third place in V. Balkanian Magic Convention that was organized in 2006 in Istanbul. Burak gathered the attention, after performing stage magic and grand illusion acts in Yetenek Sizsiniz Türkiye 2011 (Got Talent Turkey) and achieved a great show on TV that has never been performed before. Being into all categories of illusion, Burak Sanlı’s performances in Turkey and abroad is continuing currently.
Born in China in 1980. Will’s mother was from China and his father was from Japan. He grew up in Canada since the early years of his childhood so Will can speak English advancedly besides Eastern languages.
In his first years in magic, Will Tsai tried to find a mentor to learn information but then he realized that his efforts was for nothing. So, he worked on his own at home for eight months sixteen hours a day, reading all the books he found. That’s how he specialized in card and close-up magic.
Besides being one of the well known magicians, Will also owns the biggest magic store in Canada. In spite of his early age, he has founded many magic clubs in universities and trained many students.
Will is currently working on the international relations of Magic Fraternity and supporting the club’s members with his own side of view.
Docc Hilford is an interesting guy. He started his magic career as an under-water escapologist
at age 16. Next stop was Murphy Brothers Exhibitions performing fire eating and other side show
stunts. He’s been a working cowboy in Utah and lived with the tribal medicine man on the Navajo
reservation. In the 1980s he was stage manager for Alice Cooper. Later, Docc’s Film Noir Magic Show
opened for bands such as Aerosmith and Black Sabbath. After a couple years of life on the road, Docc
settled down in Phoenix, and ran a private palmistry office specializing in exotic dancers.
A Las Vegas wedding, a beautiful daughter and a Mexican divorce. In 1997 Docc reduced public performing and headed a small psychic church in Florida until 2001. His authentic, spiritual camp style seances are still legendary, ask those magicians who saw it at Rick Maue’s final Haunted Chamber.
Since he was 12 years old, he studied with Dusty Cravens, Orville Meyer, Mike Skinner, Ormond McGill, Theselonia DePrince(High Priest of VooDoo) and Tony Andruzzi. In 1990 he took editorship of The New Invocation; the flagship magazine for bizarrists. Docc hosted an international convention, The Weerd! Weekend from 1992 through 2000 with attendees from 18 different countries.
Through the years he has been a guest of honor at magic conventions, was a featured speaker performer at The Smithsonian Institution and in 2001 was honored at Kid-dabra for his comedy kid show. He made 27 magic/mentalism videos in the 1990's. He’s written 30 books for the mentalism trade in the 2000's. His L&L Publishing DVD set has sold out and he’s happy about an upcoming Alakazam DVD set soon to be released in the UK.
Over a 35 year career, Docc’s been a pick pocket, hypnotist, mind reader, illusionist and kid show performer. He was a successful trade show worker for several years. Somehow along the way he also earned a Doctorate of Divinity from the University of New Mexico. He just didn’t know what he wanted to be when he grew up!
Today Docc lives on Miami Beach and performs for celebrities, athletes and political figures around the world. He specializes in private functions and cabaret shows in hotels. He leaves for a two month lecture tour of Europe October 1st.
At Mind-Vention 2008 in Las Vegas, Luke Jermay accurately introduced Docc Hilford; “He’s one of the kindest guys I know, a more charming man you’ll never meet. He’s the Devil himself!”
Kerem Eser was born in 1981. Kerem has been performing Juggling, Close-up magic, Stilt, Unicycle, Blacklight,... for 18 years.
He is one of the artists who has put a lot of work into ‘Avrasya Gösteri Sanatları Merkezi’ and the first circus in Turkey, ‘Avrupa Sirki.’ He has attended many tours in Turkey including his work in ‘Avrupa Sirki’ performing Juggling and Comedy – Theatrical magic in ‘Avrupa Sirki’ during its 6 years of history.
In 2006 Balkanian Magic Championship, Kerem won the first place in Comedy Magic. He has taken his responsibility and helped artists by preparing and training them for circus performances. Kerem has consulted artists like Cengiz Küçükayvaz, Furkan Kızılay, Jess Molho. (He has first price with his student Furkan Kızılay in ‘Ünlüler Sirki ’ Juggler instruction division)
Kerem Eser has achieved in kid’s TV programs ‘Bizim Mahalle’ and ‘Elma Kurdu’ which are aired on TRT and TRT Çocuk. Having new season of his new program ‘Paytak’ being aired currently, Kerem is loved by kids because of his clown artistry, pantomime, juggling, and illusion shows and he is considered to be pne of the important artists in future by producers and directors.
Besides all these, Kerem has made advertisement consultancy and acted in advertisements so far.
Some of his advertisement acts: Advertisement on Nokia 2600, Turkcell, İş Bank, FinansBank TV advertisement consultancy, Eti advertisement.
Starting his theatre works in 1982, Altuğ Yücel performed in ‘Ortaoyuncular’ with Ferhan Şensoy, Ali Poyrazoğlu, Devekuşu Kabare and in Istanbul Devlet Tiyatroları.
In 1983, he was given the reward Avni Dilligil ‘Best Assistant Male Actor’ and worked as presenter, producer, director, author and actor in television sector that he started in 1985.
Being interested in magic since 1996, Altuğ Yücel attended workshops and conferences in Blackpool Magic Convention, and performed stand-up magic, close-up magic and mentalism for two years in ‘Sihirli Salı’ which was the first event in which only illusion was performed in theater scene.
In 2004, the artist was the center of interest for the media for his projects like ‘Vanishing the Camlica Tower’ and predicting the Lotto. Currently, Altuğ Yücel is continuing his projects.
Being one of the most important magicians of Greece, Martino has been performing manipulation and stage magic in countless countries. Among the countries Martino performed are Syria, Lebanon, Greecei Belgium, Turkey and China.
Martino’s magic life started in 1989 in Budapest, Hungry. One of his distant relatives visited their house, and teaching several easy tricks to him showed basics of magic. Being very happy, Martino went out and improved his abilities by performing on Budapest streets.
To improve his abilities, Martino took classes from a professional stage art’s teacher for two years. After completing his classes, he signed a contract with very good terms and worked in Syria for five years. During these years, Martino attended many competitions and gained many awards. Currently, Martino is continuing his magic in Greece.

Coming into world in 2010, in Istanbul, Emir Saraçoğlu attended lectures in Blackpool Magic Convention organized in 2010 pursuing his interest towards mentalism. Because there is not many people interested in mentalism, Emir had many difficulties in the first times he is interested in mentalism.
Being one of the founder members of Magic Fraternity, Emir improved himself by taking lectures from the important stage artists that the club invited from abroad. Being known with mentalism works just can be performed with materials as simple as a pencil and a paper, Emir Saraçoğlu took the first place in mentalism in Balkanian Magic Convention which is organized in Greece in year 2010. After achieving such a success in such a short time, Emir accelerated his works on mentalism afterwards.
